- The factory establishes and maintains documented procedures for the identification, storage, storage and handling of quality records.The quality records are clear and complete, and serve as the basis for the product to meet the specified requirements;
- Factory production process control and process inspection, formulate corresponding process documents and work instructions for key production processes, so that the production process is under control;
- The factory environment meets the specified requirements, has passed TS19649 certification, complete quality control system, and mechanical workshop services;
- The factory monitors the production process parameters and product characteristics, and inspects the product to ensure that the product components are consistent with the certified samples;
- The factory has formulated documented routine inspection and confirmation inspection procedures to verify that the product meets the specified requirements, including inspection items, content, methods, judgments, etc., and maintain inspection records. The specific routine inspection and confirmation inspection are required to meet the requirements of the certification implementation rules of the corresponding products, and the confirmation inspection is a sampling inspection to verify that the product continues to meet the requirements of the standard;
- The factory inspection and test equipment is regularly calibrated, verified and inspected, and meets the inspection capabilities, and the operating procedures for the equipment are formulated. The inspectors use the equipment accurately and maintain the calibration records of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of the operating procedures;
- The factory establishes control procedures for unqualified products, unqualified marking methods, isolation and disposal, corrective and preventive measures taken, and records of disposal;
- The factory has established a documented internal quality audit procedure to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system and the consistency of certified products, and record the internal audit results, problems found in the audit, take corrective and preventive measures, and record them;
- Conforms to contractual and other agreed performance, design, reliability and maintainability expectations of this customer.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify quality issues and measure the effectiveness of business processes and teams, then improve any deficiencies in the production cycle; different team members work closely together to ensure quality assurance and quality planning, quality control, quality improvement
